“I contacted Roberta as I was so confused with where to go and what to book. Roberta listened to my needs and within 24 hours came back to me with a selection of destinations and properties. With a note saying she can come up with other suggestions if none of these quite right. She took the pain out of booking a holiday and made it an exciting experience. Holiday all booked, paperwork all received and she will check us in. The personal service goes a long way and Roberta has gone out of her way to make sure we are 100% happy. Which we are. Highly recommend for ease and that personal human touch.”

“Roberta has been booking my trips for 9 years now and has come up with outstanding holidays for myself and my family each time. She knows what I want better than I know myself! We have had some amazing trips both long and short haul and everyone has been a winner! Nothing is ever too much trouble, her attention to detail is second to none, and her knowledge of the destinations we have been to has been thorough and accurate. Roberta is so approachable and her bubbly personality is like a ray of sunshine before your holiday even begins, I would wholeheartedly 100% recommend her!”

“Roberta was recommended by a friend and i have to say the whole process was great. We all know that we can go on the internet and look up holidays. But sometimes the choice is overwhelming. We provided Roberta with our wish list and we went fromt there tweeking our requirements slightly as we reviewed her recommendations. Our requirement this time was for a weeks holiday in Greece. It is now booked and Roberta took care of everything. We can now sit back and just look forward to our trip. We would certainly recommend. Thanks Roberta”

“What a find! My neighbour told us about this lady who organised everything for a perfect holiday, so I got in touch with Roberta, and my neighbour's recommendation was no exageration. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we chopped and changed our minds about certain aspects of the holiday. Roberta is very knowledgeable as she has travelled extensively around the world and has a wealth of recommendations, without trying to 'sell' anything. My wife and I have been so pleased with Roberta's services we've booked two very different types of holidays with her already.”

“I travel frequently and Roberta is the best travel agent that I have ever used, long haul, short haul, city or beach she knows exactly what we want and takes care of everything. Roberta has great knowledge of travel and has aways given us expert advice at the best price and takes care of everything like checking in, like API, checking in online and boarding passes. I would not now use anybody else.”
